Rhiotara's Blazing Surface
Woohoo! Time to visit another planet!
Hey computer, you should do one of those little description things like you did when we went to Alakinec. You know, so the hyoomens have a little background? ... and me too, I guess. I've never even been to Rhiotara before!
Accessing databanks for general information about [RHIOTARA]...
>Rhiotara. A rocky planet covered with red-violet sand. Numerous interconnected rivers run across its otherwise arid surface. Much of the planet is hot and dry, with some of the highest recorded temperatures in Zoincailla. The reptilian Glydro race lives here, and are the primary inhabitants of Rhiotara's surface.
>A complex network of cave systems exists just below the planet's surface, extending deep into the planet. Entire ecosystems exist in these caves, with specially-adapted plant and fungal life growing near various underground lakes and rivers. The mammalian Kitera race comprises much of the civilized population below the surface, feeding off of the many crystals that grow in the deepest reaches of the planet.
Right, that's where all those cute cat people come from. I hope I get to meet some soon!
>>Safety Advisory: Rhiotara's highly arid surface conditions can be difficult to adjust to for some species. There is often a high risk of dehydration, sunburns, or heatstroke if proper preparations are not made.
Pff, the computer says stuff like that all the time, but I'm always fine. Nobody ever thinks about indestructible blob people when they make those safety messages! Hot, cold, wet, dry, I've seen all the extremes on my home planet!
Anyway! Desert planet with lizards and cats and crystals. Let's go!
